Sappington Farmers’ Market Dairy is fresh from the cow!

After walking through the awesome produce department at Sappington Farmers’ Market, one is met with an array of sparkling clean shelves filled with both organic and standard offerings. Many of the products are produced locally, like Good Earth Eggs. The Amish butter has the fresh-churned taste of farm butter. Certified organic eggs are also available.

There is a nice selection of organic yogurts, as well as some health drinks like Kefir and Bolthouse green and fruit drinks. Horizon and Heritage organic milks give the consumer a choice. Both have excellent prices.

One of the most popular local product lines housed in the dairy case is St. Louis Custom Crusts. This small family-owned business produces refrigerated pizza crusts that make homemade pizza a snap to make.
