We have cut out the middleman on hundreds of Wisconsin cheeses. We buy huge wheels of cheese and our hard-working team of Linda Gilbers (manager). Mimi and Edith cut and slice cheese to your satisfaction in their sparkling clean cheese room. Packaged cheeses are preserved with just a touch of vinegar in the packages so you can eat our cheese with confidence in its safety and freshness.
Our fresh mozzarella balls are sought after, and our selection of Queso fresco gives everyone an opportunity to try these fine, fresh ethnic cheeses. Over 200 hard cheeses are also available to choose from.
Missouri farmers produce some great cheeses, too. We offer both cow and goat cheeses from Missouri farms. We are constantly seeking to expand our local cheese offerings. Watch for the local green apple shelf label on Missouri cheeses or ask Linda, Mimi or Edith to point them out.
