

Black Bear Bakery provides us with delicious wholegrain loaves made with organic flour as well as bagels and granola. Black Bear Bakery is a worker-run bakery which bakes Old World breads using the original recipes of the historic St. Louis Lickhalter Bakery and more modern whole-grain breads, granola and bagels. All baked goods are made from scratch using local, organic ingredients whenever possible.
Granolas contain no refined sugars or hydrogenated oils. Sourdough Rye and Wholegrain Breads contain organic whole wheat and rye flours. Sunflower seeds, oats and sesame seeds are organic. Black Bear uses only sea salt, and has many vegan options.
